Are you willing to HOST or be trained as a Small Group LEADER in 2026?

At LCA, we believe life change happens best in the context of relationships. That’s why we’re preparing to launch new Small Groups in 2026 — and we’re looking for people ready to step out in faith and lead a group for 6 to 8 weeks.

We are praying that in the coming years we will have a network of thriving small groups spread out across Laval and beyond, growing in friendship and learning how to follow Jesus together!

As the Church continues to grow we sense the need for more people to make new friends, get connected and proactively start to grow in their faith.

Small Groups are where people truly connect, grow spiritually, and care for one another. They’re places where friendships are formed, prayers are shared, and faith becomes real. Just like the early church in Acts, we gather “from house to house” so that lives can be transformed through the gospel and authentic community.

If you love people, have a growing walk with Jesus, and are willing to learn, we want to help you to RECRUIT people and EQUIP you to lead.

You don’t need to have all the answers — just a heart to serve and a desire to help others take their next step with Christ. Our Group Leader Training will guide you practically and spiritually, helping you build a welcoming environment, foster meaningful discussion, and nurture a group where people belong and thrive.
