Building Connections Through Creativity
K., serving in a restricted access location, is beginning a new Art Club as a way to connect with people in her community. She wants to provide a welcoming space where they can be creative, build relationships, and step away from the stresses of everyday life. She hopes this simple gathering will create opportunities to meet local people who are looking for connection and community.
At the same time, K. is preparing for an unexpected move and navigating some challenges with her current living situation.
Please pray:
- That the Art Club will get off to a great start and become a welcoming place where K. can build meaningful relationships with local people.
- That God will use the connections formed through the Art Club to bring encouragement, friendship, and opportunities to share His love and hope.
- That everything will go smoothly with K.’s upcoming move, that her current rental situation will be resolved graciously, and that her full deposit will be returned.

- Start a business to employ local workers. Carpet factory, coffee shop…
- Teach English conversation at an elementary school.
- Serve as a humanitarian aid or community development worker.
- Teach at a university.
- Attend university as an international student.
- Take a position as a medical professional, engineer, IT consultant, or in any other profession.
