Bio:

Born in the US, Charles grew up in Europe to missionary parents, spent 18 years on and off as a missionary in Africa. Married his childhood sweetheart who was also a Missionary Kid. Together they have 3 kids, Joshua, Alana and Riley.

Charles holds a MA and PhD in Organizational Leadership and has a variety of ministry experience in his nearly 30 years of full-time ministry. He has worked in Muslim contexts, been a university minister, a church planter, a senior pastor, itinerant speaker. He currently serve as a coach trainer and mentor with the district of Quebec, as well as a coach for pastors and leaders in Canada, France and the US, as well as a lecturer for IBQ.

Charles is passionate about equipping believers to lead in their daily lives.
